About the Role
Bricks World Amusement FZE seeks a Project Engineer Manager to oversee fit-out, construction, and maintenance projects across UAE. The role requires managing full project lifecycle, coordinating with malls and contractors, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Responsibilities
- Manage Fit Out, construction, renovation, maintenance, and development projects across existing and new locations
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to handover
- Coordinate with malls, landlords, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and site progress
- Ensure timely receipt of permits, approvals, drawings, and NOCs
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise project execution
- Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Mandatory experience in Fit Out projects, retail projects, store openings, entertainment venues, or mall related projects
- Strong experience working with contractors and construction projects
- Good command of English
- UAE driving license is mandatory
- Own car is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
