- Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service
- Explaining ticket options, promotions, memberships, and party packages
- Processing ticket sales and payments using the cash register and POS system
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Opening and closing the cash register and preparing daily cash reports
- Assisting parents and guests with questions and providing information about the play area
- Monitoring the reception area to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Coordinating with the play area team to support daily operations
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Following company procedures, cash handling policies, and customer service standards
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, or cashier roles is an advantage
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Confident communication and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with cash, POS systems, and basic computer applications
- Responsible, organized, and detail oriented
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Pleasant appearance and strong communication skills
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays (mall schedule)

Job Description
- Like Bricks is a fast growing network of modern children's play areas located in the leading shopping malls across the UAE.
- We are actively expanding, opening new branches, and growing our team.
