Project Engineer-In-Training (OTSG)

The OTSG Project EIT assists Project Engineers and Engineering Managers in the coordination of project execution in accordance with client requirements and objectives, within cost and schedule constraints, and in quality procedures and practices.

This position uses a variety of standard problem-solving techniques while handling assignments of limited scope and complexity.

The position is responsible for applying technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices to support design, fabrication, construction and commissioning of oil and gas facilities all over the world.

• Apply practical knowledge and develop a broad base of skills, while contributing to the overall success of Propak’s operations through interaction with a cross-functional team;
• Coordinate specific multi-discipline functions or areas within the project scope, encompassing engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning (as applicable);
• Assist with management of interfaces with key project stakeholders;
• Work with senior project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to contract requirements;
• Assist with management of project scope and coordinate change management submissions and processes;
• Participate in Piping and Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) reviews and Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs);
