Project Engineer – Fit-Out

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations for fit-out and acoustic projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise installations against approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Monitor progress, schedules, costs, risks, and subcontractor performance.
• Prepare site and project progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Provide technical support in client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues and implement quality control procedures.
• Ensure HSE, company, schedule, and quality requirements are met.

Requirements

• Proven Project Engineer or Site Engineer experience in fit-out, interior works, or acoustic projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction processes and acoustic installations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering or project management software.
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,500 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
