Euro Systems is seeking a commercially focused Finance Manager for its contracting and construction operations.
The role oversees complete financial and accounting operations across multiple projects and business units.
The position focuses on financial controls, compliance, profitability, and financial stability.
Company and Industry
Euro Systems delivers engineering and technology solutions across construction, architectural systems, interior fit-out, ELV, smart systems, and infrastructure sectors.
The role requires substantial UAE experience in contracting or construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee project accounting, job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor WIP, revenue recognition, retention accounting, progress billing, and project variations.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, and working capital.
- Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, Letters of Credit, bank guarantees, and trade finance.
- Review project contracts and identify financial risks, obligations, and opportunities.
- Develop project budgets and monitor financial performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Strengthen financial controls, procedures, and ERP systems.
Requirements
- CA is preferred; ACCA, CPA, CMA, or a master's degree in finance or accounting will also be considered.
- At least 15–20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience is required.
- At least 5 years as a Finance Manager, Finance Controller, or similar senior finance leader is required.
- Mandatory UAE experience in contracting, construction, engineering, or interior fit-out companies.
- Strong expertise in project accounting, job costing, WIP reporting, revenue recognition, variations, and retention management.
- Strong expertise in receivables, payables, cash flow, working capital, Letters of Credit, bank guarantees, and contract finance.
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and IFRS standards.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or equivalent ERP platforms.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience leading and developing finance teams.

- Strategic and commercially driven finance professional.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Experience supporting large-scale contracting or construction projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project-based financial management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Ability to provide actionable financial insights to senior management.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 14,000–18,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.
