- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of interior fit out and joinery projects from initiation to handover
- Manage project schedules, resources, manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, procurement, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Prepare and submit project progress reports, site updates, and management reports
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials required for project execution
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and implement corrective actions
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project costs and support commercial teams in controlling project expenditures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures
- Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
Requirements
- Experience in interior fit out and joinery projects
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
