About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Service Manager / Operations Manager regarding project design and resources
- Create detailed implementation plan to identify and sequence activities needed to complete project
- Develop schedule for project completion that effectively allocates resources
- Execute project plan and make appropriate revisions to meet changing project requirements
- Liaise with clients and coordinators to obtain and provide necessary submittals and execution plan approvals
- Provide all project documentation: drawings, system design architecture, inspection procedures, delivery note, and hand over certificates
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary
- Manage day to day activities at project site, including tasks of engineers and technicians
- Manage delivery activities of contracts and sub contracts in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure project safety in line with company’s policy of safe and healthy work place
- Facilitate project meetings (team and client) regularly on a weekly and monthly basis
- Provide detailed project report showing percentage update against actual target
Requirements
- General understanding in the areas of application programming, database, system design, and security infrastructure
- Understanding of server/client security system architectures including IT infrastructure such as Internet, Intranet and Extranet
- Ability to manage day to day activities at project site, including tasks of engineers and technicians
- Flexibility to adjust to project risks such as delays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Summary/Objective
- The service engineer is the engineer who leads service from beginning to end.
- In this position, the service engineer manages a whole team of technicians, supervisors, and site engineers throughout the project timeline.
Tasks
- Coordinates with the service Manager / Operations Manager, in large projects, regarding the design of the project, which includes involved resources such as time and material deliverables.
- Creates a detailed implementation plan to identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Develops a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
- Executes project plan and makes appropriate revisions to meet changing project requirements.
- Liaises with clients and coordinators to obtain and provide all the necessary submittals and executions plan approvals from the client, consultant and PMC.
- Provides all project documentations; drawings, system design architecture, inspection procedures, delivery note, and hand over certificates.
- Monitors the progress of projects and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Manages day to day activities at the project site, including tasks of engineers and technicians, deliverables and time and attendance.
- Manages delivery activities of contracts and sub contracts in accordance with company procedures and agreements.
- Effectively enforces company’s methodology on project implementation complying with the project standards.
- Must have the flexibility to adjust to project risks such as delays, which involve costs and the need to provide a revised project plan accordingly.
