Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Engineer in Arizona. In this role, you'll lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction at every phase. If you're a motivated professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and management of civil engineering projects, providing technical guidance across a variety of infrastructure sectors
- Conduct in-house quality assurance reviews of project work before final management approval
- Coordinate directly with clients to address design questions and resolve engineering issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all drawings and designs comply with company standards, applicable codes, and project specifications
- Direct and prepare improvement plans, specifications, technical reports, and permit applications for diverse public and private projects
