Function and Responsibilities
- Report work progress to the Project Manager and ensure work meets client requirements.
- Supervise daily site work and control Site Supervisor activities.
- Provide accurate site measurements and verify materials received at site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and act as project coordinator between site and factory.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions and support the Project Quality Plan.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare check sheets, and verify installation records.
- Follow up rectification actions, raise non-conforming product reports, and control quality records.
- Verify and close non-conforming product reports and customer complaints raised by site personnel.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Diploma in engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of joinery and interior works.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Windows systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Adherence to working instructions and procedures under the company's Integrated Management System Policy.
Working Conditions
- Work is performed in office, factory, and project site environments.
- Work location is in person.
