- Review and approve project scope, budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and risk assessments
- Direct all construction activities from mobilization through project completion
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Oversee project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost control mechanisms
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and international best practices
- Act as primary liaison with consultants, government authorities, and key stakeholders
- Lead testing, commissioning, handover, and project closeout activities
- Champion a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all project sites
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in the construction industry
- At least 10 years in senior executive leadership roles managing large scale high rise tower developments
- Proven track record delivering landmark residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed use, or super high rise developments from concept through handover
- Experience managing projects valued at SAR 500 million and above
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or MBA is highly preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable

Role Description
- The Project Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction for the successful delivery of high rise tower developments throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high rise tower developments.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish project goals, schedules, budgets, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project managers, construction managers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
