- Lead overall planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of a major iconic metro station project
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams across technical, commercial, project controls, safety, quality, stakeholder, interface, and administrative functions
- Serve as senior Parsons representative with client, subcontractors, government agencies, operators, and other key stakeholders
- Oversee development and implementation of project execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, quality plans, and safety plans
- Lead coordination of architectural, civil, structural, MEP, systems, finishes, testing, commissioning, and handover requirements
- Monitor project performance, milestones, costs, risks, interfaces, and deliverables, and provide timely reporting to senior management and client
- Lead resolution of project issues, delays, cost impacts, scope changes, interface matters, and contractual matters
- Ensure effective change management, including preparation, negotiation, and closure of change orders
- Mobilize and manage project resources to ensure right team structure for successful delivery
- Promote technical excellence, commercial discipline, safety performance, and quality across the project
- Support client relationship management and collaborate with Business Development to identify opportunities for additional work
- Lead regular project reviews and ensure actions, commitments, and decisions are properly tracked and closed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 20 years of related professional experience
- Proven experience leading large scale infrastructure, transportation, metro, rail, transit station projects
- Strong background in project management, construction management, project controls, commercial management, stakeholder management, and interface management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, risks, contracts, deliverables, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing senior project personnel and large delivery teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client facing capability and experience working with government agencies, regulatory authorities, operators, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices, standards, regulations, and project delivery processes
- Ability to meet Parsons project management certification requirements
- Willingness to relocate or be assigned to the project site, if required

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Director (Rail/Metro Station) to join our team.
- In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of a major iconic metro station project, ensuring performance against schedule, budget, quality, safety, contractual, stakeholder, and client requirements.
What You'll Be Doing

What Desired Skills You'll Bring
- Professional registration such as PE, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification.
- Experience delivering iconic metro station, rail, transit, or major transportation infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing architectural coordination, high quality finishes, passenger facilities, public realm integration, MEP systems, rail systems interfaces, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Experience working as a consultant, project management, construction management, or program management environment.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness, including claims, change management, and negotiation.
- Experience supporting business development, client account growth, and strategic pursuits.
- Knowledge of digital project delivery tools, project controls systems, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
- Regional experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East would be an advantage.
