Responsibilities
- Provide direction and management for every phase of a large luxury residential and mixed use development program
- Act as company representative with client, developers, contractors, consultants, and key subcontractors
- Negotiate contracts and changes to scope of work with client and major contractors
- Oversee establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, QA/QC Plan, and other governance documents
- Define program requirements for all project components and monitor deliverables
- Lead development and distribution of monthly progress and financial reports
- Plan, direct, supervise, and control execution of all business, technical, and administrative functions
- Assign responsibility for executing project plans to key team members
- Mobilize company resources to create project teams capable of delivering high quality developments
- Ensure project meets or exceeds goals for quality, safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- 20+ years of related work experience managing large, complex real estate or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of high end residential and mixed use projects and construction
- Strong technical, contractual, and commercial background relating to major construction programs
- Previous program management experience on similar large scope luxury residential or mixed use projects

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Project Director to join the team in Riyadh.
- Lead the development and delivery of large, complex luxury residential and mixed use construction projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide direction and management for every phase of a large luxury residential and mixed use development program.
- Act as the company representative with the client, developers, contractors, consultants, and key subcontractors.
- Negotiate contracts and changes to the scope of work with the client and major contractors.
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify and secure additional work.
- Participate in negotiations with regulatory and planning authorities.
- Oversee establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, QA/QC Plan, and other governance documents.
- Define program requirements for all components of the project.
- Lead development and distribution of monthly progress and financial reports.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and control execution of all business, technical, and administrative functions.
- Assign responsibility for executing project plans to key team members.
- Oversee site related responsibilities including labor relations, local procurement, logistics coordination.
- Mobilize company resources to create project teams.
Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical/business field.
- 20+ years of related work experience managing large, complex real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of high end residential and mixed use projects and construction.
- Strong technical, contractual, and commercial background.
- Previous program management experience on similar large scope luxury residential or mixed use project types.
Desired Skills You'll Bring
- Professional registration or certification (e.g., PE, CEng, PMP, CCM) may be required or preferred.
- Previous international or regional experience on high end mixed use developments.
- Multi disciplinary program experience covering architecture, engineering, interior design, retail planning, hospitality, and public realm.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
