- Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and logistics from concept through completion.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align design and engineering efforts with project vision and safety standards.
- Ensure all construction work meets regulatory standards, industry best practices, and safety protocols.
- Lead efforts to resolve any issues, risks, or challenges during design or construction phases.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and operational functionality.
- Provide regular progress reports, presentations, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution using innovative approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 18 years’ experience in project management and delivery of projects
- Substantial experience on hospitality developments and hotel refurbishment projects/programmes
- Proven PMC experience managing large, complex programmes
- Strong design management background leading multi disciplinary design teams
- Demonstrated track record delivering hotel and resort projects, including refurbishment in live operational environments
- Strong command of project management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Job Description
- Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Project Director to lead and oversee all aspects of the development and refurbishment of a luxury hotel.
