Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 20+ years of experience in large scale building construction projects
- At least 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles on construction projects
- Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and major project stakeholders
- Strong commercial, contractual, and risk management experience on large construction projects
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, BIM platforms such as Revit and Navisworks, and digital construction practices
- Valid MMUP/UPDA registration where applicable
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Able to work on site

Overview
- The Project Director will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and management of large scale building construction projects, ensuring successful delivery in terms of safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
- The role requires extensive experience in managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

- Oversee commercial, contractual, and risk management across large construction projects
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 20+ years of experience in large scale building construction projects, including successful delivery of projects of comparable scale and complexity
- At least 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles on construction projects
- Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and major project stakeholders
- Strong commercial, contractual, and risk management experience on large construction projects
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, BIM platforms such as Revit and Navisworks, and digital construction practices
- Valid MMUP/UPDA registration where applicable

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on accommodation compounds, residential developments, or large building complexes
- Familiarity with QatarEnergy, major clients, consultants, and local authority requirements
- Valid MMUP/UPDA registration in Qatar
