Position Overview
The Project Director is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Project types may include roads, bridges, utilities, water and wastewater, power, transportation, and urban development.
The role manages multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, risk, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
- Develop project charters, execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive governance, reporting, and performance tracking across active projects.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Act as the primary contact for clients, authorities, contractors, consultants, and internal leadership.
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, municipal authorities, and utility providers.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams and allocate resources across concurrent projects.
