- Provide strategic leadership for the execution of multiple high value façade projects from award to final handover
- Develop and oversee project execution strategies, master schedules, budgets, and resource planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, developers, and main contractors
- Ensure engineering, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical approvals are completed in line with project milestones
- Direct procurement, fabrication, logistics, and installation activities to achieve project objectives
- Oversee commercial performance, project budgets, cost control, variations, claims, and profitability
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and delivery schedules
- Chair project review meetings and provide executive level reports to senior management
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation and recovery plans
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and international best practices
- Lead Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineering Managers, Commercial Teams, QA/QC, Procurement, and Site Teams to achieve operational excellence
- Resolve complex technical, commercial, and contractual issues with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- 15 25 years of experience in project management, preferably in façade or construction
- Experience leading multiple high value façade projects from award to final handover
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international best practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
