Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple engineering and construction projects from inception to completion
- Oversee all aspects of project management including scope, planning, budget, execution, and closing
- Prepare, review, and manage RFIs, RFPs, and submittals
- Develop and maintain a risk register and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct daily follow ups with project managers
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
- Oversee project budgets and ensure financial resources are used effectively
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Ensure necessary permits and approvals are obtained and maintained
- Oversee BIM processes and coordinate with project teams
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers
Requirements
- Experience leading multiple engineering and construction projects
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of procurement, risk management, and budget control
- Experience with BIM coordination and permit management
