Responsibilities
- Define and clarify project scope, set timelines, and establish budgets
- Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients and team members
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Manage and motivate design teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance
- Keep stakeholders informed on project progress, manage expectations, and address concerns
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets for design initiatives
- Oversee the quality of design deliverables and ensure they meet standards
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines
- Prepare detailed cost forecasts and budget reports, analyzing variances and identifying trends
- Implement cost control measures and monitor project expenditures
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, project management, or a related field
- 20 years of experience in the Consulting sector
- Proven experience in project management within a design or creative environment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
- PMP Certification or equivalent is a plus

Duties include (not limited to)
- Project Planning & Execution: Defining and clarifying the project scope, setting timelines, and establishing budgets. Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients and team members. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Team Leadership: Managing and motivating design teams, assigning tasks, and providing guidance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed on project progress, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
- Resource Management: Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets for design initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Overseeing the quality of design deliverables and ensuring they meet standards.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Budget Management: Tracking project expenses and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
- Experience of undertaking cost/commercial management as part of integrated, multi organization, collaborative teams is preferred.
- Implement strategies to manage and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed cost forecasts and budget reports, analyzing variances and identifying trends to support financial decision making.
- Implement cost control measures and monitor project expenditures, addressing any issues that could lead to budget overruns.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between design teams, marketing, product development, and external agencies to streamline workflows and resolve potential roadblocks.
What do we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, project management, or a related field.
- 20 years of experience in the Consulting sector.
- Proven experience in project management within a design or creative environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- PMP Certification or equivalent is a plus
