Overview
- Provide strategic leadership for PMC and Construction Supervision services from design through construction and handover.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary design review processes, ensuring compliance with data center standards, project requirements, and authority regulations.
- Ensure effective implementation of project governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
- Lead risk management, constructability reviews, and technical assurance across design and construction phases.
- Oversee site supervision activities to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Provide oversight on cost, schedule, change management, and claims avoidance.
- Ensure HSE, quality, and compliance obligations are fully met throughout construction.
- Lead and mentor the Project Manager and Technical Leads.
What Required Skills You Ll Bring
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline).
- Minimum 20+ years experience in PMC / construction supervision roles for large-scale or mission-critical projects.
- Proven experience on data center or mission-critical facilities within the UAE or GCC.
- Strong leadership, governance, and client-facing experience.
- Based primarily in UAE with short-term GCC travel as required.
