About the Opportunity
A leading real estate development group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager Development.
The role oversees the design development lifecycle across high-profile real estate assets, from concept validation through detailed design.
The position aligns project vision with financial, statutory, and architectural goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate approved development concepts into detailed design briefs while maintaining project vision, architectural identity, and scope alignment.
- Draft consultant scopes of work, participate in selection processes, and lead external architectural, engineering, and specialty design consultants.
- Review concept, schematic, and detailed design submissions for technical efficiency, buildability, and BIM, MEP, and structural integration.
- Oversee value engineering and coordinate with finance and cost teams to keep design deliverables within approved budgets and feasibility studies.
- Manage local municipal permits and statutory clearances in accordance with the Saudi Building Code.
- Partner with execution, procurement, sales, and marketing teams to validate sales layouts, approve materials, and support construction handover.
- Provide progress updates, manage design risks, and control change requests for executive decision-making.
Role Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant real estate development experience is required, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Applicants should have managed multidisciplinary consultants across residential, commercial, mixed-use, or land development projects.
- Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes and the Saudi Building Code is required.
- Professional fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and financial modeling basics is required.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is required as stated in the source qualification list.
- A master’s degree in Project Management is a plus.
- PMP certification or professional registration with an engineering or architectural body is preferred.
Languages and Software
- Professional fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- The role requires MS Office, project management tools, and financial modeling basics.
