Role Overview
Lead marketing for a growing real estate development platform in Saudi Arabia.
Shape the positioning and growth of a portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Position and launch large-scale real estate developments.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, public relations, media, and activations.
- Drive customer insights, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage agencies, budgets, and marketing performance.
- Partner with senior leadership, development, sales, and commercial teams.
- Build and strengthen corporate and project-level brands.
Ideal Profile
- 10 to 12 years of marketing experience.
- Strong background in real estate, property development, hospitality, retail, luxury, or another consumer-facing sector.
- Proven experience marketing large-scale projects or portfolios.
- Strong expertise across brand, digital, communications, and integrated marketing.
- Saudi market experience is strongly preferred.
