Project Delivery Manager - Construction

Not only have we created this holographic technology, that sits within The Atom — a smart, site-safe headset/hardhat — but we implement it on projects, utilising the power of AR to ensure that all schemes are completed in line with delivery timescales and budgets.

XYZ has grown to over 100 staff across the UK, US & Europe and is working with Mission Critical organisations & construction companies to successfully deliver major projects.

The Regional Project Delivery Manager owns end-to-end delivery of XYZ Reality's AR-led construction services across multiple active US projects.

You'll lead a regional engineering team — Lead Site Engineers, Site Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Graduate Engineers — while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring every project is delivered to XYZ's quality, safety, and commercial standards.

This is an accountability-heavy role.

You're responsible for the safe and successful delivery of your entire portfolio, including full ownership of safety, quality, and P&L targets.

You'll be the senior escalation point above the Lead Site Engineer on your projects and the face of XYZ Reality to some of our most strategically important clients.
