- Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead full cycle project execution across data, analytics, and AI domains
- Ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, on budget, and with high quality
- Apply best practices and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMBOK, Scrum)
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using structured verification techniques
- Act as a Client Success Coordinator during project delivery to ensure value realization
- Build strong, trust based strategic relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal and external technical teams, tracking tasks and deliverables
- Report progress and risks clearly and regularly to both internal teams and clients
- Oversee procurement related responsibilities such as managing vendor contracts and tracking invoicing milestones
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 2–3 years of experience coordinating/delivering data related, AI, or software consulting projects
- Strong written communication skills, including project documentation and formal correspondence
- Proven ability to work independently and support manage complex projects without minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in the UAE

Role Overview
- We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support the Project Managers to lead and deliver data centric projects, including AI, data platforms, and analytics initiatives.
- You will bridge between our clients and technical teams — managing timelines, budgets, and quality while ensuring the delivered outcome is valuable and meaningful to the client.
- This role demands a good level of self management, highly organized professional who follows up, follows through, and brings structure, clarity, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong written communication skills, including project documentation and formal correspondence
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical judgment, with a commitment to confidentiality and data protection
- Based in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 2–3 years of experience coordinating/delivering data related, AI, or software consulting projects
- Proven ability to work independently and support manage complex projects without minimal supervision
- Familiarity with value driven delivery or success management practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience with government or corporate clients in the Gulf region
- Exposure to top officials or C level stakeholders
- Experience conducting post project evaluations to identify lessons learned
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar
