A confidential company in Dubai is seeking a Project Coordinator / Production Coordinator to support the Projects Department in joinery and furniture manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Act as main internal point of contact between Project Managers and factory departments
- Follow up with Planning, Production, Procurement, Stores, QC, and Logistics regarding project status
- Provide regular progress updates to Project Managers
- Assist in tracking project schedules and production milestones
- Escalate delays or concerns affecting project delivery
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports
- Assist with material request follow ups and internal documentation
- Coordinate drawing submissions and revisions with relevant departments
- Maintain organized project files and records
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Coordinate with factory departments to obtain updates on manufacturing progress
- Prepare daily and weekly project status reports
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in project coordination or production coordination in joinery/furniture manufacturing
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to liaise between multiple departments
- Proficiency in project documentation and reporting

Job Purpose
- To provide administrative and operational support to the Projects Department by acting as the primary liaison between the Project Managers, factory departments, procurement, planning, and logistics.
- The role ensures timely coordination of project related activities, follows up on production progress, maintains project documentation, and provides regular updates to Project Managers, allowing them to focus on site execution and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main internal point of contact between Project Managers and factory departments.
