Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage showroom construction and renovation projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Obtain necessary approvals from relevant authorities at each stage of the project
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors, consultants and vendors to ensure timely project execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design, quality and safety standards
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise ongoing work and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Travel frequently between Dubai, Al Ain and Abu Dhabi showroom locations for project follow ups and approvals
- Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external contractors
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and status updates
- Ensure all project activities are completed within the defined timelines and budget
Requirements
- 3 5 years experience in interior fit out or construction projects in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of approval processes for showroom or commercial construction projects
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Valid UAE Driving License

Job Overview
- We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our Automotive Division, preferably with experience in interior fit out or construction projects in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating showroom construction projects, obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring smooth execution in collaboration with contractors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
