Job Title: IT Systems & ERP Implementation Specialist (Packaging Industry)
Location:** KEZAD, Abu Dhabi
**Reporting to:** CEO – Special Projects / Finance Manager
Role Overview
Lead the implementation of a **corrugated packaging software (CPMS)** integrated with **Microsoft Dynamics ERP** for full business operations (quotation → production → invoicing).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead **CPMS implementation** with software supplier
- Act as **bridge between CPMS & Microsoft Dynamics ERP**
- Manage **ERP integration, testing & go-live readiness**
- Maintain **SQL Server & Microsoft systems**
- Support users, troubleshoot & ensure system performance
- Coordinate with HO IT, machine suppliers & internal teams
- Manage data migration, workflows & reporting
Requirements (Must Have)
- Bachelor’s in IT / Informatics
- **5+ years in ERP implementation (production industry)**
- **Expert in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (implementation mandatory)**
- **Packaging industry experience is compulsory**
- Strong knowledge of **SQL Server & Microsoft OS**
- Experience in **greenfield projects preferred**
- Fluent English, strong coordination & documentation skills
Additional
- CPMS training will be provided
- Must be hands-on, project-driven & deadline-focused
- Pay: Up to AED430.00 per day
