Role Overview
Project Coordinator position with a leading interior fit-out and technical services company in Dubai.
The role supports interior fit-out project coordination across clients, site teams, consultants, procurement, vendors, design, and MEP teams.
Location and Joining
- Work location is Dubai, UAE, with site and office work.
- The employer is seeking candidates based in Dubai who can join immediately, generally within 7-15 days.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is AED 3,000-4,500 per month.
- The offer includes visa and insurance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities between clients, site teams, consultants, procurement, and vendors.
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, minutes of meetings, progress reports, and project letters.
- Track material approvals, deliveries, and site resources to avoid delays.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and MEP teams for smooth execution.
- Support budget tracking, cost control, and variation order documentation.
- Follow up on consultant and client approvals and site inspections.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and clients.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Project Coordinator experience in UAE interior fit-out or construction is required.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project is required; AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Knowledge of site operations, documentation, and coordination is required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required for handling multiple projects.
- Candidates must be in Dubai and available to join immediately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fit-out contractor experience in Dubai is preferred.
- Knowledge of DEWA, DM, or DCD approvals is preferred.
- A UAE driving license is a plus.
