Project Coordination
- Coordinate project activities from order confirmation to completion.
- Maintain schedules, trackers, and action plans.
- Coordinate between the office, factory, site, vendors, and clients.
- Track milestones and highlight delays or issues to the Project Manager.
Design and Drawing Coordination
- Coordinate approved drawings and revisions with the design team.
- Ensure current drawings, BOQs, specifications, and approvals are available to relevant teams.
- Maintain drawing revision and approval records.
- Follow up for client and consultant approvals.
Purchase and Production Coordination
- Coordinate material requirements and delivery schedules with Purchase.
- Follow up with Production on manufacturing status.
- Coordinate with Stores on material availability and dispatch requirements.
- Monitor material shortages and communicate them to the Project Manager.
Site Coordination
- Coordinate site requirements with Site Engineers and Supervisors.
- Track material dispatches and site deliveries.
- Follow up on site issues, pending works, and client requirements.
- Coordinate installation schedules between factory and site teams.
- Maintain daily and weekly project status reports.
