Overview

  • We are hiring a **Project Coordinator/Handler - Global Market Access** to join to our dynamic and collaborative team.
  • The role focuses on enabling customers’ products to be exported and marketed worldwide by managing global market certification approvals and cooperating with international authorities, laboratories, certification bodies and governmental organizations.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and in alignment with internal processes and continuous improvement practices;
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, discussing technical issues, communicating project costs and negotiating timelines and sample requirements, as needed;
  • Supporting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, addressing concerns proactively and resolving issues to ensure a smooth customer experience;
  • Applying a continuous improvement mindset to strengthen processes, optimize workflows, and improve project completion efficiency;
  • Building up easy tools to ensure that the right documentation list is available, as well as process paths;
  • Combining understanding of customer’s needs and different program’s requirements to identify the right process path for each project;
  • Providing point-of-access support to address any local acceptance issues and ensuring successful market access.
  • Native Arabic speaker with strong fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Completed vocational training in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities, with an interest in contributing innovative ideas and practical solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within and adapt to different international standards, rules, and regulatory requirements, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
  • Ability to understand and meet customer needs and expectations, demonstrating customer‑focused mindset
  • Commitment and ability to meet all deadlines and to quickly respond to priority issues.
