Overview
Ensuring projects are completed on time and in alignment with internal processes and continuous improvement practices;
Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, discussing technical issues, communicating project costs and negotiating timelines and sample requirements, as needed;
Supporting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, addressing concerns proactively and resolving issues to ensure a smooth customer experience;
Applying a continuous improvement mindset to strengthen processes, optimize workflows, and improve project completion efficiency;
Building up easy tools to ensure that the right documentation list is available, as well as process paths;
Combining understanding of customer s needs and different program s requirements to identify the right process path for each project;
Providing point-of-access support to address any local acceptance issues and ensuring successful market access.
