Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Communicate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Serve as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in project meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Support risk management by identifying potential issues and helping develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure files are up-to-date and accessible.
• Work with finance to track project budgets and expenditures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
