Project Coordinator

Global Environmental & Industrial Response (GEIR) is looking for a Project Coordinator.

This position supports project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, ensuring resource availability and the completion of day-to-day scheduling.

Global provides heavy industrial cleaning services to utilities, phosphate/ mining, chemical plants, pulp & paper, and manufacturing facilities with specialization in hydro blasting and vacuum truck work.

We provide customized solutions for sulfuric acid facilities, including preventative maintenance and repairs, and full turn-key turnaround services.

We also offer a variety of waste processing and handling services to ensure that waste generated from client sites is collected, transported, and disposed of by local, state, and federal regulations.

• Coordinate work schedules, manpower/equipment needs.
• Work with the team to complete assigned tasks.
• Communication of schedule to project managers, operations, staff, and other various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.
• Coordinate with the project manager's budget, issues, and risks of the project.
• Ensures that the project management framework is well-organized and runs smoothly.
• Manage project management documents such as job packs, budget, schedule, and scope of work, as directed by the project manager.
• Order supplies for projects and manage the location’s inventory database.
• Support project managers when implementing risk management strategies.
