Responsibilities
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction.
- Monitor design progress and ensure timely submission and approval of drawings and technical documents.
- Coordinate material selection, sample submissions, and approval processes with consultants and clients.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material procurement and compliance with project specifications.
- Track project documentation, RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, and approvals.
- Organise and attend coordination meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure follow up on action items.
- Ensure all project documents are maintained accurately and updated regularly.
- Support the project team in achieving project milestones within the approved schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai
- Previous experience with an engineering consultant or real estate developer
- Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Excellent coordination, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and document management systems
- Knowledge of Revit is an advantage
- Experience in contract documentation, tender drawings, or construction documentation is a plus
- Exposure to site coordination or construction stage support
- Familiarity with schedules, BOQs, and architectural specifications
