Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Account And Marketing Manager
to manage client accounts and oversee end-to-end project execution within a fast-paced marketing agency environment.
The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Experience Working With
real estate clients
(developers, brokerages, or property brands) and luxury brands is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously from briefing to delivery
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs for creative, digital, and production teams
- Develop project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, content) to ensure seamless execution
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and status updates
- Conduct proposals and quotations, monitor budgets, scopes, and revisions
- Ensure quality control across all deliverables before client submission
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Support business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities where relevant
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency
(Mandatory)
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
- Proven experience managing client accounts and marketing projects
- Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, branding, digital, and content workflows
- Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, CGI and 3D marketing assets is advantageous
- Real estate/ luxury segment experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace/ Monday/ Jira
