Job Purpose
Accountable for supporting the successful execution of construction or landscape projects. This includes effective coordination of project activities, adherence to timelines and budgets, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. They play a crucial role in facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders, contributing to the overall success and client satisfaction of the project
Roles, Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and other relevant records.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Identify potential risks and proactively work to mitigate them, ensuring project timelines and objectives are not compromised.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
Industry Experience
Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction or landscape industry.
Competencies and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction or landscape industry.
