About the Role
Octave Intelligence is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Program Director and Project Managers in coordinating project delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments in the Middle East.

Responsibilities
- Support the Program Director and Project Managers in coordinating day to day project activities
- Coordinate across Presales, Sales, Finance, and cross functional teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Assist in tracking project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring consistency with agreed plans
- Monitor and consolidate project progress, including risks, issues, actions, and scope changes
- Support stakeholder communication, ensuring clear, timely, and structured information flow
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Maintain accurate and up to date project documentation and records
- Support meeting preparation and coordination (including agendas, minutes of meeting, and follow ups)
- Assist in coordinating on site activities when required
- Support risk and issue management, ensuring proper tracking, follow up, and escalation
- Assist senior project managers on larger or more complex programs
- Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or IT
- Industry recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM

Role Overview

- Support the Program Director and Project Managers in coordinating day to day project activities

Education / Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or IT provides a solid foundation for project management roles. Industry recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM, IPMA validate structured project management knowledge and practices.
