About the Role
This role is for a recent engineering graduate beginning a career in construction and project management.
The Project Coordinator will support major construction and development projects alongside Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors.
The role provides exposure to the project lifecycle and increasing responsibility through guidance, mentoring, and development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager and wider team in coordinating and delivering construction projects.
- Assist with project reporting, progress tracking, meeting preparation, and project records.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Attend meetings and assist with agendas, minutes, action trackers, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor programmes, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and actions.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Maintain project information accurately through document management.
- Develop understanding of budgets, cost management, procurement, contracts, and commercial processes.
- Monitor construction progress from design and procurement through construction and completion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
