Support the delivery of major construction and development projects in Riyadh or Jeddah.
Work with experienced Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects.
- Support project scope, programme, quality, cost, and risk objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against programmes and highlight delays, risks, and issues.
- Review contractor updates, reports, technical submissions, and deliverables.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
- Attend project meetings and maintain action trackers, risk registers, issue logs, and change records.
- Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and handover activities.
- Monitor contractor performance and support project governance and reporting standards.
- Develop understanding of contracts, commercial processes, procurement, and construction methodologies.
- Take ownership of assigned project tasks and packages.
- Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, project management, consultancy, or a related environment.
- Engineering background in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
- Good understanding of construction processes, project controls, reporting, and delivery methodologies.
- Strong organisation, coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary project team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Construction project delivery experience is preferred.
- Experience with clients, consultants, contractors, project management tools, or reporting systems is advantageous.
