A well-established organization in Qatar is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator.

The role supports project operations, documentation, procurement coordination, and administrative activities.

Coordinate day-to-day project activities and provide administrative support to project teams.
Assist project managers with project reports, schedules, correspondence, and administrative requirements.
Support project teams with meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
Maintain accurate project trackers and databases.

Prepare and raise Purchase Orders, Local Purchase Orders, and Sales Orders through SAP.
Coordinate with procurement, finance, suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams.
Follow up on purchase orders, material requirements, deliveries, and related documentation.

Maintain project-related documents, records, drawings, correspondence, and reports.
Ensure proper document filing, tracking, version control, and timely distribution.
Monitor outstanding documentation and ensure timely submission and approvals.
Ensure project documentation complies with internal procedures and document-control standards.
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records of project progress and activities.

Candidates should have experience in project coordination and administrative support.
Strong experience in SAP order processing is required.
Experience in construction project document control is required.
