Role Overview
The role is titled Project Coordinator / Project Engineer and supports construction project execution from initiation through completion.
The position is based in Farook, Kozhikode, with work performed in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
- Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and site teams.
- Prepare and track schedules, progress reports, and work plans.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Conduct site visits and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Communicate with clients and provide project updates.
- Track project costs and support profitability targets.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field is required.
- 2–5 years of experience in project execution and site management is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and coordination is required.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents is required.
