Role Overview
Oversee construction of interior work for an office project.
The position is based in Vikhroli West, Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction activities and monitor progress.
- Ensure contractors and vendors follow building management guidelines.
- Ensure workers comply with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver the project according to the set timeline.
- Check inventory and order building materials as needed.
- Ensure equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Interpret building plans and construction blueprints.
- Review daily work and suggest improvements.
- Report progress to the Design Lead.
- Attend on-site meetings and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a supervisor.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Ability to provide customer service and work as part of a team.
