Role Overview
The Scheduler, Project Controls is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules across Colovore's data center development portfolio. Working closely with Development, Design, Construction, Procurement, and external partners, this role ensures accurate schedule forecasting, identifies risks to project milestones, and provides actionable reporting to support informed decision-making.
This position plays a key role in establishing scheduling standards and improving project controls processes as Colovore continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed integrated project schedules for multiple data center development projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to collect schedule updates and validate project progress.
- Analyze schedule performance, identify critical path activities, and communicate schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
- Produce schedule reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates highlighting project status, milestones, and forecasted completion dates.
- Evaluate schedule impacts resulting from design changes, procurement delays, permitting activities, or construction issues.
- Support project planning, sequencing, and resource forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
