Develop and manage comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules across MEP and IT systems

Ensure all systems meet design specifications and redundancy requirements (N, N+1, 2N)
Validate uptime and reliability standards (e.g., Tier III/Tier IV, where applicable)
Maintain all commissioning documentation, including test scripts, results, and issue logs
Deliver final commissioning reports and turnover packages to operations
Ensure compliance with internal standards, local codes, and third-party certifications (e.g., Uptime Institute)
Track and manage deficiencies (punch list items) through resolution
Drive contractors and vendors to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Facilities are delivered fully tested, validated, and operationally ready with zero critical defects
All systems meet or exceed performance, redundancy, and uptime requirements
Commissioning timelines are met without delaying project delivery
Clean, complete turnover packages enable seamless transition to operations
Strong cross-functional coordination results in minimal rework and fast issue resolution
