- Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems.
- Interfaces with clients, attends regular meetings, and provides strategy type recommendations on critical matters to support decision making.
- Guides the development and implementation of project controls procedures to support the implementation of best practices for schedule, cost, earned value, risk and change management processes.
- Manages a team of Project Control staff who are qualified to analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs, as well as performance against an established schedule with critical milestones.
- Recommends and oversees the implementation and customization of project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
- Coordinates staffing requirements, assigns and supervises project work activities, and trains personnel.
- Completes performance reviews and provides personnel development for the assigned employees.

- Extensive experience in project controls for aviation or transportation infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to lead a team of project control professionals
- Strong knowledge of schedule, cost, earned value, risk, and change management processes

Role Overview
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Controls Manager to join our Aviation team!
- In this role you will develop, manage, and execute all phases of the project controls effort and provide leadership for every phase of significant aviation and transportation infrastructure projects or programs to assure on schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with all client
- The candidate will manage a team of professionals across all aspects of project controls functions, utilizing widely diversified knowledge and drawing upon extensive experience and exposure to various types of projects and clients.
