About the Role

- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules and baseline programs
- Track project performance, milestones, and key project control metrics
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to manage schedule updates, risks, and resource allocation
- Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and executive level status updates
- Identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Oversee project controls documentation, reporting processes, and quality assurance activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across project controls, planning, and reporting functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience, including GCC experience
- Strong experience in Project Controls Management (PCM) on major capital projects
- Experience working with developers or consultants supporting development clients
- Strong pre contract experience managing design and procurement activities
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority approvals and local regulations
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and project reporting tools
