Requirements
- 15 years of professional experience in project controls, project management, or related field.
- 5+ years of direct experience managing design consultant scopes on complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
- Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles and applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget forecasting, cost analysis, and financial controls.
- Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules with multiple dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Experience with contract management and consultant performance evaluation.

- In this role, you will serve as a key leader responsible for establishing and maintaining comprehensive project controls, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring alignment between design consultants and project objectives.
