- Experience with various delivery methods including Design Bid Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Project Controls Manager to join their Aviation team.
- The role involves developing, managing, and executing all phases of project controls for significant aviation and transportation infrastructure projects.
- The candidate will manage a team of professionals across all aspects of project controls functions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for resolution of difficult project control problems.
- Interfaces with clients, attends regular meetings, and provides strategic recommendations.
- Guides development and implementation of project controls procedures for schedule, cost, earned value, risk, and change management.
- Manages a team of Project Control staff.
- Recommends and oversees implementation and customization of project control systems.
- Coordinates staffing requirements, assigns and supervises project work activities, and trains personnel.
- Completes performance reviews and provides personnel development.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience, preferably on airport projects.
- Experience managing a team of project controls staff.
- Experience with various delivery methods including Design Bid Build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build.
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Optional certifications: AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.

- Ability to work in CAD or REVIT a plus.
