BESIX Middle East seeks a UAE National Project Controls Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring on flagship projects in Dubai. The role involves using Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, and risk analysis tools.

Responsibilities
- Support scheduling and reporting functions using Primavera P6 in accordance with project requirements
- Monitor project progress data and trends along critical and near critical float paths
- Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis
- Support the implementation, development and running of in house productivity tools e.g. Perform with links to Change Management
- Support qualitative Risk Management processes using the in house risk tool and perform quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) using Monte Carlo simulations
- Contribute to the development of interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and MS Excel
- Work in collaboration with Contracts and Commercial teams in supporting Change Management and Forecasting
- Demonstrate willingness to learn from, collaborate with, and communicate effectively with the project team

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 0 3 years of work experience

What You’ll Drive
