Project Planning and Scheduling
- Develop detailed project plans, WBS structures, activity lists, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
- Create, update, and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Identify critical paths, dependencies, bottlenecks, and schedule risks and develop mitigation measures.
- Monitor progress against approved schedules and KPIs and provide progress forecasts.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Project Controls Reporting
- Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, dashboards, risk registers, and other project controls documentation.
- Support Extension of Time claims, including Impacted as Planned and Time Impact Analysis where required.
Cost and Commercial Control
- Prepare and support cost estimates, budgets, Bills of Quantities, scope breakdowns, and structured work packages.
- Support tendering and procurement by preparing tender packages and RFQs.
- Review supplier and subcontractor quotations and support commercial evaluation.
- Track costs and commitments against approved budgets and provide regular cost reports and forecasts.
- Monitor the relationship between progress, programme, resource utilisation, and cost performance.
- Support value engineering and the assessment of variations, change orders, and claims.
Experience
