Responsibilities
- Draft project specific Project Controls Procedures as per contract requirements
- Participate in preparing Project internal and external reports
- Initiate, coordinate and maintain Project List(s) of Deliverables
- Put together procurement packages including quantities take off, contract specifications and technical requirements
- Initiate and maintain Procurement Status Register
- Prepare and maintain Subcontractors Register
- Assist in drafting subcontract agreements and negotiating subcontract prices
- Assist in subcontracts administration and related correspondences, measurements, payment certification
- Coordinate and maintain Engineering Deliverables Status Register
- Prepare a List of Project Materials and maintain continuous materials reconciliation
- Monitor Contract Scope of Work and any Variations
- Prepare and maintain Variations and Claims Registers
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering
- 5 years relevant experience in construction industry at similar level
- Experience in EPC Projects with ADNOC (or equivalent) is essential
- Capability to perform under stressful situations
- Cost estimation, cost control, planning, risk management and contractual knowledge
- Engineering, procurement, construction, pre commissioning and commissioning awareness
- Fluency in the English language
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts

- We are looking for four experienced Project Controls Engineers for newly awarded Oil & Gas projects in UAE.
What you will need to do
- Draft project specific Project Controls Procedures.
- Participate in preparing Project internal and external reports.
- Initiate, coordinate and maintain Project List(s) of Deliverables.
- Put together procurement packages.
- Initiate and maintain Procurement Status Register.
- Prepare and maintain Subcontractors Register.

- Coordinate and maintain Engineering Deliverables Status Register.
- Prepare a List of Project Materials and maintain reconciliation.
- Ensure project records and diaries are maintained.
- Monitor Contract Scope of Work and Variations.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering.
- 5 years relevant experience in construction industry at similar level.
- Experience in EPC Projects with ADNOC (or equivalent) is essential.
- Capability to perform under stressful situations.
